Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial office buildings across Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a commercial building maintenance background who enjoys variety, autonomy and building strong client relationships. You'll receive ongoing training, excellent benefits and genuine opportunities to progress your career.

The Role

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
  • Electrical fault finding and repairs
  • Lighting, emergency lighting and fire alarm maintenance
  • AHU & FCU maintenance
  • Basic HVAC maintenance
  • BMS checks and monitoring
  • L8 water hygiene and monthly tap temperature testing
  • General plumbing and building fabric repairs
  • Escort and supervise subcontractors
  • Raise quotations for remedial works
  • Update CAFM systems, maintenance records and site logbooks
  • Deliver excellent customer service across multiple commercial sites

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Electrician
  • Commercial Facilities Management or Building Services experience
  • Electrically qualified or electrically biased
  • Experience carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance and fault finding
  • Knowledge of HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, BMS and general building services
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
