We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover commercial properties across London.
The role will involve a mixture of plumbing, electrical and general building/fabric maintenance, so we're looking for someone with solid experience in at least two of these areas.
What you'll be doing
- Attending commercial maintenance and reactive call-outs across London
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
- Completing electrical maintenance within your qualifications
- Carrying out general fabric works, including minor carpentry and building repairs
- Servicing HIUs and associated controls, with training available
- Completing job reports and keeping the office updated on works
- Working directly with customers and site teams
- Escalating specialist or out-of-scope works where required
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in at least two of the following: Plumbing, Electrical or Fabric/Handyman
- Relevant qualification in at least one core trade, such as NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent, or 10+ years' practical experience
- 18th Edition required where electrical is a core trade
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Comfortable working on commercial sites and travelling across London
