My client are a leading FMCG manufacturer globally, based in the Scunthorpe area who are searching for a driven and ambitious Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, high-performing site that supplies some of the UK’s most recognisable household brands and forms part of a wider European and American group.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the maintenance and improvement of automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Playing a key role in reducing downtime, improving line efficiency, and implementing proactive maintenance strategies
• Working across electrical and mechanical fault finding, repairs, and project work
• Contributing to a strong team culture in a fast-paced, high-performing FMCG environment

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: Mon–Fri, 6am–3pm
• Week 2: 1 weekday (6am–3pm) + Sat & Sun (6am–6pm)
• Week 3: Mon–Thurs, 2:45pm–1am + Fri, 2:45pm–8pm
• (Averages 41 hrs/week, only 1 weekend in 3 and no night shifts!)

What We're Looking For:

• Multi-skilled background – ideally within FMCG or manufacturing
• A proactive mindset with an ambition to progress your career
• Experience with automated equipment and reactive/preventative maintenance
• Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
