We're on the hunt for a hands-on, proactive Multi-skilled Engineer to join a forward-thinking, well-established company that puts real weight behind training, development and career progression. What you'll do

Working a 12-hour slow rotating shift pattern (2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights with every other Friday to Sunday off), you'll be at the heart of keeping mechanical and electrical systems running smoothly across production and site facilities. Day to day, you'll:

Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance to the highest safety and quality standards
Keep documentation accurate and get involved in continuous improvement initiatives
Respond to production needs and coordinate work with engineering and factory teams
Liaise with contractors and source spares efficiently
Keep the workshop and work areas clean, safe and well organised

What you'll bring

Apprentice training or a relevant engineering qualification
Multi-skilled mechanical and electrical experience, ideally within food, FMCG or manufacturing
A proactive, team-first mindset and pride in a job well done
