Construction Resources are recruiting on behalf of a reputable construction contractor seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Joiners for ongoing commercial refurbishment projects based in Blackpool.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with an established contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment schemes.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced site team, you’ll be carrying out a range of joinery and finishing works on commercial refurbishment projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen installations.
• Internal door fitting and ironmongery.
• Architrave and skirting installation.
• General second-fix joinery.
• Working alongside other trades to deliver projects on programme.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhering to all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner on commercial refurbishment projects.
• High-quality finish with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• Manual Handling.
• Working at Height.
• Own tools and transport preferred.
