Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Leeds.

💰 £40,000 – £42,000 per annum
⏰ Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm

The Role
Working as part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for keeping production machinery and equipment running efficiently, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across the site
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns on production machinery
- Working with motors, sensors, inverters and control systems
- Basic PLC fault finding
- Carrying out preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
- Supporting continuous improvement and machinery upgrades
- Working closely with production to ensure equipment remains operational
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias
- Has experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Holds a relevant electrical/engineering qualification
- Is confident with electrical fault finding and breakdowns
- Has good mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Can work independently as well as part of an engineering team
