West London | £40,000–£50,000 DOE

I’m currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing facilities management business with an impressive portfolio of 800+ commercial sites across London.

The business is continuing to grow, winning new contracts and expanding its engineering teams. This is a great opportunity to join a company that has plenty of work coming through and is investing in its engineers.

This position is static in West London, giving you the stability of working at one site while still having a varied engineering role covering both planned and reactive maintenance.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for keeping the site running smoothly, carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and general building services duties.

The ideal engineer will be genuinely multi-skilled, with a strong electrical or mechanical background and the ability to confidently deal with a range of day-to-day maintenance issues.

Package

• £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience
• Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
• Static West London site
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays
• Overtime available
• Saturday overtime paid at 1.5x

The Person

We’re looking for an engineer who has a strong commercial maintenance background and is comfortable working across multiple disciplines.

Ideally, you’ll have experience with:

• Electrical maintenance
• Mechanical maintenance
• Plumbing / water systems
• PPM and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding
• Commercial building services
• CAFM / digital work order systems

An electrical qualification such as 18th Edition would be advantageous, but the key requirement is someone who is technically capable, reliable and confident working independently.
