The company are a leading UK manufacturer of high-performance raised access flooring systems, supplying commercial, industrial and specialist construction projects nationwide.

Operating from its manufacturing facility in Lincolnshire, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation and reliable customer service, continuing to invest in its people, production capabilities and engineering excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to play a key role in maintaining production equipment, reducing downtime and supporting ongoing improvements across the manufacturing facility.

The Role:

• Carry out reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs to minimise production downtime
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across plant and production machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults
• Maintain pumps, motors, conveyors and other manufacturing equipment
• Assist with machinery installations, upgrades and modification projects
• Coordinate maintenance activities to support efficient production
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

The Person:

• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment
