Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Oldham | Panama Shifts | 24/7 Manufacturing Facility

We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy and growing FMCG manufacturing site in Oldham.

This is a hands-on role within an established engineering team, responsible for keeping production equipment running efficiently through both planned and reactive maintenance.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Support equipment upgrades and installations
• Drive continuous improvement activities
• Work closely with production to maximise performance
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to high standards

• NVQ Level 3, HNC or HND in an engineering discipline or equivalent
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Manufacturing or production maintenance experience
• Able to work effectively as part of a team

• Competitive salary £50,000 - £57,000
