Multi-Skilled Plasterer – Social Housing

We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterers to work across a busy social housing repairs and maintenance contract.

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we have multiple positions available for permanent employees 

Duties Include:

• Plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Skimming, patch plastering, rendering, and making good.
• Carrying out associated multi-trade works where required.
• Completing reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Plasterer.
• Previous experience working within social housing is benificial.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own tools required.
