# Multi Task Plumber – Northampton

Lynx Employment Services are looking for an experienced Multi Task Plumber to join a busy property repairs team in Northampton.
This is a hands-on role working mainly in occupied properties across Northampton, carrying out plumbing repairs alongside a range of other multi-skilled maintenance work.

### The role

• Carry out plumbing repairs to a high standard
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Undertake a range of other property maintenance and multi-skilled repairs
• Work directly in tenants' homes, providing a professional and friendly service
• Keep tenants informed about work and any disruption
• Use a PDA and basic IT systems to record and manage jobs
• Drive a company vehicle between properties

### What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with a strong plumbing background who can also turn their hand to other areas of property maintenance.
You'll ideally have:

A Basic DBS check will be required for the role.

### The package
