We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson with a strong plumbing bias to join a busy maintenance team working across North London.
This is a full-time contract role offering consistent hours and the opportunity for ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance
- General multi-trade duties including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and painting
- Responsive and planned maintenance works
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
- Proven experience in plumbing and multi-trade maintenance withing social housing
- Relevant qualifications or time-served experience
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and professional approach
