Shift Pattern: Continental Shift (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am – Days & Nights)

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Shift Technician to join a highly regarded engineering team at a prestigious commercial site in the City of London.

The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Shift Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical building services across a high-profile commercial property.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding and repair across electrical and mechanical systems
- Monitoring and operating critical plant and building management systems (BMS)
- Responding to plant alarms and emergency situations
- Carrying out statutory compliance checks and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting specialist contractors and managing permits to work
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures and site standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or critical environments
- Multi-skilled with a strong electrical or mechanical bias
- Recognised engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition (desirable)
- Experience working with HVAC, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, electrical distribution and associated building services plant
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
