Multi Trade Carpenter

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Carpenter to work for a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering Croydon and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary of up to £38,000 - £40,500 per annum.
Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance.

Location
* Croydon

Working Hours
* 08:00am - 17:00pm
* Up to 7 jobs per day

Duties Include
* Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
* Completing carpentry works along with associated multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating
* Fitting, repairing and replacing doors, locks, kitchens, skirting boards, architraves and other carpentry installations
* Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
* Optional participation in out-of-hours call-out work
* Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

You Will Be Supplied With
* Company van
* Fuel card

You Must
* Have experience working within social housing properties
* Be qualified or time-served in carpentry
* Provide your own basic hand and power tools
* Have access to a smartphone (jobs issued via an app; BYOD allowance paid at £20 per month)
* Be reliable, professional and able to work independently
* Hold a full UK driving licence
