Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Electrician to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering Camden and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician seeking long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation works within social housing properties.
- Complete inspections and identify remedial works required.
- Diagnose electrical faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance within occupied and void properties.
- Carry out basic multi-trade repairs where required.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and company standards.
- Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance records using mobile devices.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Experience working within social housing maintenance preferred.
- Ability to carry out basic multi-trade works.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- £25.68 per hour
