Multi-Trade Engineer – Reactive Maintenance
Location: Covering North West with travel
Salary: £14.00 – £15.50 per hour + overtime + van + call-out

We’re working with a growing building services contractor delivering reactive and planned works across major retail and commercial clients nationwide.

Due to increased workload, they’re looking to bring in experienced Multi-Trade Engineers to support ongoing works across the North.

This is a mobile role, working across sites including retail, logistics and leisure environments.

The role will involve:

• General building fabric maintenance
• Basic joinery, repairs and installations
• Ceiling and partition works
• Flooring uplift and minor groundworks
• Reactive call-outs and planned repair works

No two days are the same, this role suits someone who’s used to being out on the road and happy turning their hand to a variety of jobs.

What they’re looking for:

• Multi-trade background (joinery-biased ideal but not essential)
• Experience in reactive maintenance or site-based work
• CSCS card (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexible approach to travel and working hours

Package:

• £14.00 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
• Company van, fuel card and uniform provided
• Paid door-to-door travel
• Overtime regularly available
• On-call rota (1 in 7) with standby payment (£150) + enhanced rates
