Multi-Trade Operative (Carpentry or Plumbing) - Social Housing Reactive Maintenance

We're recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance contract across Gloucestershire. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a carpentry or plumbing bias who's comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day repairs across the housing stock.
The Role
- Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties
- Core trade skills in either carpentry or plumbing, with the flexibility to turn your hand to general multi-trade tasks
- Working to a daily job schedule, managing your own workload efficiently
- 37.5 hours per week, paid
- Proven experience in carpentry or plumbing within a maintenance/repairs environment
- Own van and tools essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary
- 37.5 hours per week, paid
- 45p per mile paid for mileage between sites
- Steady, ongoing work on a social housing contract
- Van and tool allowance considered for the right candidate
