AllPro Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to work on large social housing contracts across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, long-term work with a reputable contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- General all-round property maintenance
- Kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
- Radiator replacements
- Garden posts
- Repairing leaks
- Replacing taps and mixer showers
- Wall and floor tiling
- Carpentry
- Painting and decorating
- Plastering
- Working at heights and using ladders where required
Requirements
- Proven experience in multi-trade work
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Own tools required
- Own van required
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 40 hours per week
Pay & Benefits
- £180–£200 per day
- Free or subsidised travel
- Free parking
- Ongoing work on long-term social housing contracts
