We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives for temporary assignments across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects with an established and reputable contractor.

The Role

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works to a high standard. The role requires a flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to undertake a variety of trade tasks while maintaining excellent workmanship and customer service.

Typical Duties

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Carpentry (1st and 2nd fix)
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling and patch plastering
• Installing and repairing fixtures and fittings
• Reactive and planned maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Multi-Trade Operative or Maintenance Operative
• Competent across a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid CSCS card essential
• Own tools
