Multi Trade Operative

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Multi Trade Operative to begin work for a well-established company in the Cheltenham area.

About the role:

Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate – £18.00–£22.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Brief Role Description – Carrying out customer care and defect repair works across various sites throughout Gloucestershire. This role involves completing a range of maintenance and remedial works, liaising with the Customer Care team, and travelling between sites to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.

About You:

• High work ethic & team player

• You must be a competent Multi Trade Operative
• Previous experience carrying out customer care and defect repairs essential
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Confident completing a variety of trade tasks to a high standard
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and manage workloads across multiple sites

Main Duties:

• Carrying out customer care defects and remedial repairs
• Liaising with the Customer Care team regarding defect management
• Scheduling, planning and completing repair works
• Travelling to various sites across Gloucestershire
• Reporting completed works back to head office
• Collecting and delivering materials between sites when required
• Providing general assistance across multiple sites during quieter periods
• Maintaining excellent customer service and high standards of workmanship
