About the Role
As a Multi-Trade Operative Plumber, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents across Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
Working as part of our in-house Plumbing team, you'll carry out a variety of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and installation work, helping us maintain safe, comfortable homes for our customers.
This role also offers excellent opportunities to expand your skillset, with involvement in:
- Water hygiene compliance activities
- Planned maintenance programmes
- Risk assessments
- Multi-trade repair works
- Supporting service improvements across the business
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to continue developing professionally.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who:
- Hold a recognised plumbing qualification
- Have proven experience working within the plumbing trade
- Possess a full UK driving licence
- Can effectively manage and organise their own workload
- Have experience of water hygiene compliance activities
- Take pride in delivering high-quality customer service
- Enjoy problem-solving and working as part of a supportive team
