£19.71 per hour + company van

Multi Trade operatives required for a high quality and thriving housing association to carry out planned and reactive maintenance work in both occupied and empty residential properties in and around Hampshire and West Sussex. You should have previous experience in the same role and be qualified in at least one trade, ideally Carpentry and/or Plumbing.

You must work safely, deliver excellent customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards. The successful candidate will be part of an on‑call, out of hours rota. The rota will be discussed in more detail during the interview.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Experience working in customer focused, target driven environments
• Able to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems
• Good health & safety awareness
• Social housing experience desirable
• Candidates must have access to their own power tools.
