Multi Trade Operative

My client is in need of an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work on their Void and Occupied social housing in the area of Warwickshire.

Rate - £20 per hour paid via CIS (perm after 3 months wouldstart at £28k)

Location - Warwickshire

Duration - Temp to Perm - 3 month contract

Providing specialist support and housing management services to vulnerable people to actively live healthy, To provide a high quality and effective maintenance repair service to properties managed by Spring Housing.

We are looking for candidates with relevant trade qualifications and/ or experience in relation to buildings and repair, including:

· Carpentry and joinery skills

· Fire Door fitting and repairs

· Kitchen repairs and replacements

· Fire Stopping

· Plumbing

· Plaster patching

· Tiling and grouting

· Locksmithing

· Fault finding (e.g. fitting fire doors, leaking showers, replacing kitchen worktops, units etc)
