Multi Trade Plumber
Location: Croydon
Assignment Length: Temp to Perm
Driving Licence: Essential
Overview: The role involves carrying out high‑quality Plumbing as the primary trade, plus additional multi‑trade repairs to achieve first‑time fixes. The candidate must work safely, deliver good customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards. The successful candidate will be part of an on‑call, out‑of‑hours rota. The rota will be discussed in more detail during the interview. Candidates must have access to their own power tools.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Strong joinery skills plus multi‑trade ability
- Experience working in customer‑focused and target‑driven environments
- Able to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems
- Good health & safety awareness
- Social housing experience desirable
