Multi Trade Supervisor

As a Multi-Trade Carpenter your duties will include:

• Reactive & planned repairs and maintenance
• Internal Refurbishment projects
• Carrying out repairs to the Fabric of a building and external works, including but not limited to: Carpentry, hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves, patch plastering, Painting, Basic Plumbing, Brickwork, Slabbing, Roofing
• Independent working, as well as team working when needed across various sites
• Travelling between multiple sites per day

As a Multi-Trade Carpenter you will need:

• Experience within Reactive and planned maintenance within commercial settings
• Valid CSCS Card
• Asbestos Awareness – desirable
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
• Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role
• High standard of work
• Good communicator

The successful Multi-Trade Carpenter will be working for a successful business who have a strong foothold within the maintenance sector.
