Our client an Essex based Social housing contractor currently seek an experienced Multi Trader for one of their projects in Maidstone, Kent on a temporary to permanent basis
The work will be starting in Maidstone but all of the clients projects are based within the M25
It is essential that you hold a CSCS card and ideally have worked in a social housing environment before.
It would be a benefit if you have you own Van/Vehicle but one can be provided alongside a fuel card on successful completion of the probationary period.
Duties will include:
- Replacing rain water pipes
- Painting
- Flooring
- Basic Groundworks
- All other associated tasks as instructed
This is an immediate start for the right candidates and will lead to permanent employment
