DK Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a property refurbishment project in Ealing
The successful candidate will be working on Refurb project
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Strip-out and preparation works
- Tiling, Bathroom Fitting
- General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
- Reinstatement and refurbishment works
- Carpentry and basic joinery
- Plastering and patch repairs
- Decorating and finishing works
- General building works
- Completing refurb to a high standard
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Multi Trader
- Previous experience within maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own tools
- Ability to work across multiple trades
- Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
