Multi Trade Operative
📍 Newham, East London 💰 Up to £40,660 + Company Vehicle
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering Newham and surrounding areas.
Duties
- Carry out day-to-day repairs in residents' homes
- Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance works
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work safely and maintain high-quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi Trader
- Experience working in social housing or occupied properties
- Carpentry and/or plumbing skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
