We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trader to join a busy reactive maintenance team covering contracts across East London and Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to move into a permanent position. You will be working across a range of well-established maintenance contracts, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance within occupied residential properties.

• Carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs within residential properties
• Completing a broad range of multi-trade works including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and basic plastering
• Working across contracts including Barking & Dagenham, Morgan Sindall, Fosters and Delta
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied homes

• Previous experience as a Multi-Trader
• Experience working within social housing or reactive maintenance
• Basic DBS required
• CSCS card preferred
• BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)

• £23.00 per hour (Umbrella)
• 40 hours per week
• 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Company van provided
• Fuel expenses covered
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
