Multi Trader – Reactive Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our growing reactive maintenance team covering properties across London.

This is a mobile role carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance works within residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of completing a variety of maintenance tasks to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works across multiple sites.
• Complete a range of trades including:
  • Carpentry
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Tiling
  • Patch Plastering
  • Painting & Decorating
  • General Building Repairs
• Diagnose faults and identify effective repair solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, residents, and clients.
• Accurately complete job reports and paperwork using a mobile device.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within reactive maintenance, repairs, or property maintenance.
• Strong skills across several trades, particularly carpentry and basic plumbing.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Right to work in the UK.

Desirable

• Experience working in social housing, housing associations, or facilities management.
• Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
