Multi Trader – Residential Building Works

Location: Walton on Thames, Surrey and Surrounding areas

Duration: Ongoing

Start: Immediate Start

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: £160 per day

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Multi Trader to join our growing team, working on a variety of high-quality residential building projects across Walton and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and can confidently turn their hand to multiple trades. You’ll be involved in projects from start to finish, contributing to everything from structural work through to finishing touches.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out bricklaying and blockwork.
  • Completing a range of general building works on residential properties
  • Supporting and delivering landscaping projects (patios, paving, fencing, groundwork)
  • Assisting with roofing works, including repairs and small installations
  • Undertaking drainage works, including installation and fault finding
  • Working from drawings or instructions to meet project specifications
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a professional finish
  • Keeping sites tidy and maintaining a strong standard of health & safety

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Multi Trader in residential construction
  • Strong ability in brick and block work (essential)
  • Good all-round knowledge of building, landscaping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
