⏰ Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
💷 Rate: Competitive (DOE)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joinery Biased Multi Trader to join a growing team delivering repairs on a Social Housing Damp & Mould Contract across Barnsley.

This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs in occupied and void properties.

• Carry out first and second fix joinery repairs.

• Repair and replace skirting boards, architraves, internal doors, door frames and kitchen units.

• Complete making-good works following damp and mould treatment.

• Undertake basic multi-trade tasks including patch plastering, tiling, mastic, decorating and minor plumbing where required.

• Work efficiently within occupied social housing properties while providing excellent customer service.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

• Proven experience as a Joinery Biased Multi Trader.

• Previous experience within social housing repairs and maintenance is preferred.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Own tools.

• CSCS card (preferred).

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach when working in tenants' homes.

• Long-term, ongoing contract.

• 8-hour working day, Monday to Friday.

• Weekly pay.
