Location: London (Mobile Role)
Rate: £180 - £220 per day (CIS/Ltd)
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting experienced Multi Traders to join a growing property maintenance contractor delivering repairs and maintenance works across residential properties throughout London.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable tradespeople looking for long-term, consistent work with a well-established contractor.

The Role

You'll be carrying out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance works within occupied and void residential properties. You should be confident working independently and delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trades.

Typical Duties

• General carpentry repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Patch plastering and making good
• Tiling repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
• Door, lock and window repairs
• Flooring and other general maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Multi Trader or Multi-Skilled Operative
• Stro skills with experience across additional trades
• Experience within social housing, residential maintenance or property repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own van and tools
• CSCS card (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
