Overview

Our large social housing client is seeking experienced Multi‑Traders to join their responsive repairs team across Guildford and surrounding areas. You’ll be delivering high‑quality day‑to‑day maintenance in occupied and void properties, with a strong emphasis on carpentry and plumbing, supported by reliable plastering skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete responsive repairs, maintenance and minor works across social housing stock.

• Deliver professional‑standard carpentry, plumbing, and plastering tasks.

• Diagnose issues, carry out works efficiently, and ensure properties are left safe and tidy.

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and represent the client professionally.

• Work independently or within a wider maintenance team.

• Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong background in carpentry and plumbing (bias towards these trades).

• Competent plastering skills.

• Experience within social housing, responsive repairs, or domestic maintenance.

• Ability to work across multiple trades and deliver a high‑quality finish.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Good communication and customer‑facing skills.
