Multi Trader

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our growing maintenance team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across social housing properties.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll carry out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring homes are safe, well-maintained, and completed to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.
• Complete a range of trade tasks including:
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Tiling
  • Plastering repairs
  • Painting and decorating
  • Basic brickwork and patch repairs
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices or paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with tenants and colleagues.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and serviceable.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, domestic maintenance, or property repairs.
• Strong skills across multiple trades, with carpentry as a core trade preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
