Multi Trader in Ealing

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our team, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties.

The Role

As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance and repair works within occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs and general maintenance in social housing properties.
• Undertake a range of multi-trade works, including:
  • Carpentry and joinery
  • Plumbing
  • Plastering and patch repairs
  • Tiling
  • Painting and decorating
  • Basic brickwork and masonry
  • General property maintenance
• Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair solutions.
• Complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain good communication with tenants and provide a professional customer service.
• Complete job sheets, photographs and other required documentation accurately.
• Work safely and comply with company, client and health & safety procedures.
• Keep tools, equipment and work areas clean and secure.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Operative.
• Has experience working within social housing or residential properties.
• Is competent across several trades, with particular strengths in at least two or three areas.
• Has good communication and customer service skills.
• Is reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
• Has relevant trade qualifications or NVQs where applicable.
