Multilingual Customer Service Team Leader

Express Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, internationally recognised Nottingham-based consumer brand who are seeking an experienced Multilingual Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing team.

The successful candidate must be fluent in Polish, or Italian, Spanish or French.

Skills & Experience

• Fluent in Polish, or Italian, Spanish or French
• Previous experience managing or supervising a Customer Service or Customer Experience team
• Strong customer service background, ideally gained within retail, wholesale, consumer goods or a similar environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing workloads within a fast-paced environment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service team, ensuring consistently high levels of service
• Manage the customer order book, working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure orders are processed, shipped and invoiced efficiently
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, acting as a point of escalation where required
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, supporting onboarding, training and ongoing performance management
• Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs and Service Level Agreements, identifying areas for improvement
