Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm!

Basic Salary up to £45,000!

A family-run bodyshop in Ashford is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician.

This is a business with a friendly and relaxed working environment. The team has been together for a long time, staff retention is excellent and the atmosphere within the workshop is a major reason why people stay.

Rather than targets, bonus schemes and constant pressure, the focus here is simply on maintaining a steady workflow and being part of a good team. It's a stable, long-term opportunity within a business that values its employees and has built a positive working culture.

The successful candidate will be experienced in:

• Panel beating
• Paint and prep
• Ideally welding and fabrication (but not essential)

Salary and Benefits

• Up to £45,000 basic salary
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
• Christmas shutdown through to the New Year
