The Role
As a Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician, you'll carry out a variety of accident repair duties to the highest manufacturer and industry standards. You'll be responsible for delivering quality repairs efficiently while ensuring every vehicle is completed safely and on time.

Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out panel repairs, preparation and paint refinishing on a wide range of vehicles.
·Completing strip and fit work as required during the repair process.
·Repairing damaged vehicles using approved repair techniques and equipment.
·Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
·Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve workshop productivity targets.
·Ensuring all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications and health and safety regulations.
·Identifying additional repair requirements and communicating these effectively.
·Keeping work areas clean, organised and operating safely at all times.

About You
You'll be a versatile technician who enjoys working across multiple repair disciplines and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician, Multiskilled Technician, Bodyshop Technician, Panel Beater, Paint Sprayer, MET Technician or Accident Repair Technician.
·Strong experience across panel repair, paint preparation, refinishing and strip & fit.
·Excellent knowledge of modern body repair techniques.
·The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
·A positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
·A full UK driving licence.
