The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently across a range of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
  • Diagnosing faults and resolving breakdowns to minimise downtime.
  • Supporting equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working closely with production and engineering colleagues to maintain high standards of safety and performance.


What We're Looking For

  • A recognised engineering qualification, such as City & Guilds or HNC, or equivalent.
  • At least two years' maintenance engineering experience within food, FMCG or another fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Multi-skilled electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability.
  • A team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
