We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing facilities management team, covering sites across Bristol and the surrounding areas.
The role will involve carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring sites remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Emergency light testing and minor electrical works
- Fire alarm checks and basic fault finding
- Tap temperature checks and water hygiene monitoring
- General fabric maintenance and repairs
- Basic plumbing and handyman duties
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently
- Completing PPMs and maintenance records accurately
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with Health & Safety and compliance requirements
- Previous experience working as a Multi-Skilled Engineer / Maintenance Engineer / Facilities Engineer
- Good all-round maintenance skills across fabric, plumbing and basic electrical works
- Comfortable carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK Driving Licence
- £36,000 – £40,000 salary
