The Opportunity

We're recruiting for a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Bellshill and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults across commercial buildings.
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services systems.
• Complete all maintenance records and job reports accurately.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety regulations.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and site teams.

About You

• Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer within Facilities Management.
• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (preferred).
• Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
