Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer with a strong plumbing background to join a busy and established reactive maintenance team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance and general building services, with the opportunity to increase earnings through enhanced overtime and an on-call rota.
The Role You’ll be responsible for attending properties and sites to carry out a range of reactive maintenance and repair works, with plumbing being your main area of expertise.
The role will include:
- Reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues
- General multiskilled maintenance
- Minor remedial and repair works
- Responding to emergency call-outs
- Completing jobs safely and professionally
- Working independently across the patch
- Participating in an on-call rota
About You We’re looking for an experienced Plumber / Multiskilled Engineer who has:
- Strong plumbing experience
- Previous reactive maintenance experience
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Ability to carry out general maintenance tasks
- Good customer-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to participate in an on-call rota
- £25 per hour
