Location: Stockport
Basic Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hour working week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician / Mobile Smart Repairer to join a busy and professional Accident Repair Centre. This role is ideal for an Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician / Mobile Smart Repairer who takes pride in delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and has strong experience across multiple areas of accident repair.
As an Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician / Mobile Smart Repairer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of vehicle repairs to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities of Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician / Mobile Smart Repairer:
- Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs and accident damage repairs
- Complete panel replacement & filler repairs
- Carry out mechanical, electrical and trim repairs where required
- Prepare & Paint vehicles for repair and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Work efficiently to meet agreed repair times and productivity targets
- Ensure all repairs comply with health and safety requirements and industry standards
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Work closely with other technicians, estimators and management to ensure vehicles are repaired correctly
Skills and Qualifications for Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician / Mobile Smart Repairer:
Essential
- Previous experience as an Automotive Multiskilled Repair Technician / Mobile Smart Repairer, Multiskilled Technician, Body Repair Technician or similar
- Strong experience within an accident repair or bodyshop environment
- Competent across panel, mechanical, electrical and trim repairs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health and safety within a workshop environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
- ATA or IMI qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience working to manufacturer repair standards
- Experience with ADAS, EV/Hybrid vehicles or modern vehicle technology
- Experience working within BS10125 or PAS 125 accredited environments
