We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded secondary school in Greenwich for a full-time Music Teacher to join their thriving department on a maternity cover basis, starting in September.

The Role

  • �� Full-Time
  • �� Maternity Cover
  • �� £180–£250 per day (PAYE)
  • �� September Start
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Excellent subject knowledge across the Music curriculum
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver engaging, challenging lessons
  • The ability to sing confidently and play at least one additional instrument to a high enough standard to teach students
  • A secure understanding of music theory
  • Experience teaching Music at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable)
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for developing students' musical talent and confidence
