Are you an experienced National Key Account Manager with a proven track record of managing major UK retail and merchant accounts?

Do you have direct experience working with organisations such as Kingfisher, B&Q, Screwfix, Travis Perkins or Toolstation, and enjoy developing strategic relationships with senior Buyers, Category Managers and Commercial Leaders?

The company are a well-established UK manufacturer supplying innovative plumbing and water management products across the trade, retail and commercial sectors.

With a strong reputation for quality, reliability and customer service, the business continues to grow its presence across major national merchant and retail accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced National Account professional to take ownership of the company's most strategically important customers, driving revenue growth, expanding product ranges and developing long-term partnerships.

The Role:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of major national retail and merchant accounts
• Build and execute strategic account plans to deliver revenue growth and increase customer spend
• Develop strong relationships with Buyers, Category Managers, Commercial Leaders and Directors
• Identify opportunities to expand product ranges and introduce new product developments (NPD)
• Drive sales growth through strong relationship management and consistent customer engagement
• Negotiate and secure Annual Trading Agreements and commercial terms
• Support tender processes, contract renewals and customer presentations

The Person:

• Proven experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management or Strategic Account Management
• Background in handling large merchant accounts
