National sales manager in Leeds, West Yorkshire

UK Wide | Field-Based | £45,000-£50,000 + £500 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing and ambitious business looking to appoint an experienced National Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the UK.

This is a highly autonomous role, ideal for someone who enjoys winning new business, building strong relationships and managing their own territory and diary.

• Develop and deliver a national sales strategy.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Grow and manage a network of customers and partners.
• Identify new markets and routes to market.
• Manage your own pipeline, forecasting and CRM.
• Attend customer meetings, events and exhibitions.
• Work closely with the senior team to drive continued growth.

• Proven experience in a field-based sales or business development role.
• Strong track record of winning new business.
• Commercially driven and target focused.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage your own diary and territory.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

• £45,000-£50,000 basic salary
• £500 per month car allowance
• Uncapped commission after 6-month probation
• Business expenses
