Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for three experienced housing professionals to join a busy Housing Management team as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead covering East London.
This role is ideal for customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent resident services, building strong community relationships, and driving positive outcomes for residents.
As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will manage a designated patch of approximately 500-600 homes, acting as the primary point of contact for residents and ensuring a consistent, high-quality housing management service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Housing Management team in delivering a reliable, consistent, and customer-focused service.
- Build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
- Improve resident satisfaction and trust through proactive engagement.
- Act as the main relationship holder for residents within your allocated patch.
- Resolve tenancy and neighbourhood issues effectively and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
- Manage a varied and complex caseload while meeting key deadlines and service standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within housing management, neighbourhood services, tenancy management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience engaging with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
Additional Information
The successful candidate will be required to obtain or hold a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate.
