The role is being offered on a Fixed Term basis until 5th of November 2027, part time, over 22.2 hours a week. The salary is £15,526.68 per annum (FTE £25,877.80)

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Neighbourhood Services Administrator to support our Neighbourhood Services Team and help deliver efficient, high-quality services to our residents across Cornwall.

What you will be doing:
As a key member of the Neighbourhood Services Team, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support across a range of housing services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a variety of administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, scanning, mail merges and data processing.
- Supporting housing management functions, including mutual exchanges and empty homes processes.
- Processing property terminations, applications, nominations and lettings administration.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data is updated promptly and correctly.
- Producing reports and performance information.
- Organising meetings, events and travel arrangements.
- Taking accurate minutes and supporting team meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and organisational policies.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, colleagues and external partners.

- Experienced in administration and data entry
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

- Flexible, proactive and keen to learn and develop their skills
Essential Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience using IT systems and databases.
- Experience providing excellent customer service.
- Minute-taking experience.
- Knowledge of data protection principles and GDPR.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety responsibilities.
