Provide the operational support that keeps our network running efficiently
As our Network Operations Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of operational activities across our Customer Operations team. This isn't just about administration – it's about ensuring the right information, systems and processes are in place to help our operational teams deliver safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a permanent role based at Marks Tey Depot, where you'll work closely with operational teams, supervisors and stakeholders to coordinate activities, maintain records and provide vital administrative support. From managing documentation and work management systems to supporting reporting, onboarding and customer enquiries, you'll help ensure the smooth running of network operations.
You'll be part of a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation and collaboration are essential, making a real contribution to the success of the wider business.
Why you’ll love this role:- Operational Administration – Provide administrative support to the Customer Operations team, helping to ensure activities are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Work Management Support – Raise jobs, notices and work activities while maintaining accurate system records.
- Customer & Stakeholder Coordination – Support customer enquiries, appointments and internal stakeholder requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting & Documentation – Collate reports, maintain records and ensure key documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Purchase Orders & Invoicing – Support financial processes through the creation of purchase orders and progression of invoices.
- Team & Training Support – Assist with onboarding, training coordination and the administration of team activities.
- Continuous Improvement – Contribute to improved ways of working and support the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Administrative Experience – Experience working in a busy administrative or business support environment.
- Organisation & Planning Skills – Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work to deadlines.
- Systems Knowledge – Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and business systems such as SAP.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data quality.
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer Focus – A proactive approach to supporting customers and colleagues.
- Adaptability – Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment.
